If you like coconut, this is a great way to eat without the hassle of getting a fresh coconut. This spread is great to add a hint of coconut to anything. It goes well in crackers, toast or pancakes with fresh fruit.
I have also mixed it with shrimps, soups and in thai food for a tastier flavour. I strongly recommed it.
